Victoria Starr

An expert in delivering business growth, Victoria has 25 years’ experience across sales, pre/post-sales support and product management across TMT, electronics and software sectors. She has worked for a number of notable companies including Thorn EMI Electronics, Thorn Security, Accenture and Micromuse.

As well as working with multi-billion pound global businesses, Victoria has extensive first-hand experience of growing US and EMEA business in the £1-450 million range, showing a strong grasp of business development strategy. She was a key member of the Micromuse leadership team, helping the business grow revenues from $2 million to over $200 million and increasing the number of customers from under 50 to over 1400.

Victoria is the current World Rowing Indoor Champion, a winner of the A.T. Kearney European Prize, and an active Angel Investor.
